Our family had been searching for a Havanse puppy for months. It was so difficult to reach any of the breeders with questions and all of the deposits were nonrefundable which was nerve wracking! We came across Jame's Havanese website and sent a message inquiring about her puppies. Within minutes the owner James responded and we jumped on a call. he was so informative and professional. he continued to text us and answer any question we had. he has no waiting list- if you see a puppy and you like it you put down a deposit and it’s yours! The deposit is completely refundable if you change your mind. Within a week we had our beautiful puppy complete with veterinary papers, vaccines and microchip registration instructions. Our puppy Dash is healthy and happy and just an absolute delight! Before we got him he was being raised with a family of eight kids and lots of open space so he was instantly ready to be loved on by our two little ones and start playing! James family has continued to answer text questions and be a support. Cannot recommend James family more!

I had been looking for a Havanese for quite some time now. I was looking for a reputable breeder, someone I could trust and would guide me through the adoption process which I was so unfamiliar with. After inquiring for a puppy, I received an Email from James after. She couldn’t have explained things any better! She was kind and patient throughout the whole process. She walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. Picking up the puppy was a breeze and I could tell she was very well taken care of prior to my arrival. I was given a little care package for my puppy with her registration papers along with papers explaining in great detail how to take good care of your puppy. Along with a blanket with the scent of her litter mates among other goodies! I really can’t recommend James and Alisa home enough! If I ever decide to get a little brother or sister for my puppy, I know exactly where to go!

Belle

We adopted Belle, one of the Havanese, last month, and it’s been one of the best experiences we’ve had! From the time we reached out with our application and interest to the day we picked up our puppy was just a wonderful and professional experience. We had submitted our application on a Monday morning and by 1pm that day, we received a call from Alisa and she was able to walk us through the steps if we were interested to move forward. It didn’t take us long to decide this was the time to finally get ourselves a dog and we called her right back and set everything up within minutes! We even got to schedule a zoom appointment with the breeders to see our new puppy and got updated pictures for those 2 weeks leading up to the pickup date. On the day of the pickup, we got to finally meet Alisa and some of the other staff that were there helping other families get their new puppies and get acquainted, everyone was extremely nice and so welcoming, it felt great to be part of this whole experience. We received a little bag of essentials for a new puppy with all of her records and shots and chip information as well as how to get her vaccines. The breeders are very good at their job and are very invested in these puppies and we love getting able to update them with pictures of sweet Belle. If we ever plan to get another puppy we will definitely go with them again and we’ve already recommended them to a few of our friends!

James & Alisa were some of the most delightful people I've ever worked with when adopting a new fur baby to our family. They were attentive to our questions, got answers in a timely manner, and overall really cared about all the little pups. Any question I had that randomly popped in my head James was only a text away. James always responded no matter the time, or how big or small the question was. The zooming to see the actual pup could not of gone better and we were put at so much ease being able to see our sweet Havanese play and hop around. The care package that they send you off with: toys, food, treats and every paper you need is just an added touch of class from them!James and Alisa Havanese has given us a new found joy in Penelope (formally Sunny) and a new much needed family member and we will always be grateful to this wonderful
